I recently tried one of my friends amazing sugar free Rocky Road recipes so I decided to take my own spin on the recipe and OMG! #Addicted!
Sugar free ingredients can be purchased at most decent grocery stores but sometimes it may take a little bit of looking around to find a good range.
1 Block of Sugar Free Dark Chocolate or a block of 80% Dark Chocolate.
1 Packet of Sugar Free Gummies
1 Packet of Sugar Free Marshmellows
4-5 TBS of Coconut Oil
3 TBS almond milk
¾ Scoop of Protein Powder (Optional)
Melt chocolate over a pot or in the microwave.
Once melted add in the coconut oil and almond milk. Stir until completely mixed. Add in your protein powder and mix again. (This may have a bitty texture right now but once its set you can’t tell!)
In a tray or container, lay it with your desired number of gummies and marshmallows and pour through the chocolate mixture.
Once this is done, put it in the refrigerator or freezer to set.
SO easy and SO yummy!
